In the artist's words

These sketches on the wall are surrealistic, look in detail and see a man looking with conch shell like eyes, another lying down with a big eye on chest having multi colour retina, below an and woman their heads touching in love. At right low corner one person looking at all. Look closely and see the top two men are parts of a large eyed face with brick wall nose. Really a surrealistic sketch.
